Agreement and Store Use

In practical terms, by using the hexclad storefront or placing an order, a customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the linked store policies. For a straightforward customer experience, customers may not use the storefront for unlawful conduct, interference, security attacks, content misuse, or infringement of third-party rights.

Fulfillment Terms

For customer assurance, a customer may request that an order be cancelled before shipment, while a dispatched order is handled under the Refund Policy. For clarity, shipping, returns, privacy, and payment requirements are governed by their published policies and form part of these terms.

Checkout Terms

For eligible requests, order completion depends on acceptance, successful Payment authorization, security review, and available inventory. Consistent with these terms, prices are presented in USD, and Taxes are collected as required by applicable law rather than under a blanket tax exemption.

Consistent with these terms, nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the store to exclude. In practical terms, any limitation applies only as law permits and does not protect the store from obligations that cannot legally be limited.
